Michelle St. Claire is a comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor (balanced body through core conditioning [reformer, cadillac (trapeze table), wunda chair, ladder barrel and spine corrector]), a Certified Personal Trainer (AFAA), she holds an AA in Liberal Studies and she speaks Spanish fluently.  Michelle's fitness training has been a diverse collection of both physical training and physical therapy.  Micelle has scoliosis and a neck injury which has made her not only sympathetic to her injured students, but a pro at finding a way to make Pilates work for each individual, regardless of limitations.  Prior to finding Pilates, Michelle suffered from chronic back pain, fatigue and insomnia.  Here's the good news:  Pilates has been Michelle's lifesaver because Pilates has not only alleviated her back pain, but she sleeps soundly and has more energy throughout the day - and if you know her - that's the truth!  Pilates has helped Michelle be connected with her mind and body through controlled breathing and has kept her body looking great!  When Michelle is not "Pilatisizing," she enjoys hanging with her college aged daughter, her boyfriend and her dog, Rocky.  She enjoys rollerblading, biking, cooking and socializing.  Go see Michelle at her studio in beautiful Redondo Beach, California!
