Ronald A. Waldorf
CEO, AcuNetx, Inc. (OTCBB:ANTX)

Ron Waldorf is the originator of the eye tracking and digital image processing technologies that underlies the company's major products.  Mr. Waldorf was co-founder and Chairman, and later CEO, of Eye Dynamics, Inc., the AcuNetx predecessor company.  He has published numerous articles on vestibular and optokinetic research in international scientific and medical journals and was the principal investigator in a research grant funded by the National Institute of Health/National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.  He has been a consultant to clinics and hospitals, including the House Ear Clinic.  In 1972, Mr. Waldorf earned an M.S. from the Department of Physiology of the College of Medicine, University of Florida, and was a recipient of a NASA BioSpace Technology Training Scholarship (Wallops island, VA).  He spent nine years with the Division of Otolaryngology, Department of Surgery, University of California at Irvine, as well as many years with Brentwood Biomedical Research institute, the non-profit research corporation for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, as their Director of Research & Educational Affairs.
