ATH has developed Intellectual property on a 100% digital wireless BodySensor System that has the ability, for the first time, to allow a coach/trainer to wirelessly monitor and record an athlete's live motion mechanics during competition, as well as during work-outs, in a way never before possible. ATH's commercialization strategy will enable the company to sell human motion capture devices and positions information and biometric sensors that can monitor, display, control, and store wirelessly collected data in real time. The captured data is a representation of human movement doing some type of physical activity, remotely, with the added benefit of being able to receive an assessment of that data over the internet. This could range from sports applications to monitoring a soldier in the field, to monitoring a disabled individual performing physical therapy. Non-human motion monitoring is another possible application, but not described here. The data that is collected is achieved with physical parameters that describe the individual height, weight, and limb measurements, etc. The stored data can be accessed to provide research information about the different categories of interest inclusive of medical, sports, and physical training. |
