The 403(b) marketplace is expansive and highly segmented, with significant opportunities in higher education, public education (K-12) and health care. Recent regulatory reforms are continuing to impact plan operations. New product and servicing solutions are flourishing. Large employers, including state-wide consortiums, are looking for new and comprehensive solutions to deliver both cost-conscious investment vehicles and participant service. The largest providers in the industry are embracing independent advisors as distribution partners.
