Gregg M. Alexander
D.O.
Gregg Alexander, D.O. is a solo pediatrician who has a longstanding interest in computer technology, medical practice management, and the integration of the two. Originally from Chillicothe, Ohio, Gregg has spent most of his life in southern and central Ohio. Choosing to remain local, he obtained both his undergraduate degree in Rural Healthcare Management and his doctorate from Ohio University. He completed pediatric osteopathic internship at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, before completing a combined allopathic (MD) and osteopathic (DO) pediatric residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. There, he pursued research into office practice management and design; he also created and organized Geisinger's first "Computers in Pediatric Practice" conference. He spent the interim years pursuing work in pediatric offices in the country. He was a co creator for the first ever "Pediatric Office of the Future" for the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference and Exhibition in San Francisco in 2007. He is the CEO of Inline America, the U.S. and Canada's sole distributor of the worlds only "complete telemedicine exam kit in a box." He founded the "CLINICIAN Community" project in 2007, pioneering the "Community Healthcare Integration of CHI" model and designing the first ever, complete "Integrated Healthcare Community or IHC." Forming WorldCHI, LLC (worldchi.net) in 2008 to promote health care information integration for communities across the globe, Gregg has built a strong- and growing- core of strategic corporate and professional alliances toward this end.
