Carlos is from Guatemala Central America and came to the US in 1964. He has lived in Santa Clarita since 1987, and has been a member of Grace Baptist Church since 1990.  He is married to Susan de Leon and has two daughters, Jessica (24 years) attending NYU Law and Melanie (23 years) working hard to get on the LPGA tour.   Carlos works for the Metropolitan Water District in downtown Los Angeles and hopes to retire in the next 5-8 years to pursue a 2nd career in retirement as an MFT and serve more in the Spiritual Care Department at Grace Baptist Church.
