Outsourced Administrative Services

Outsourced Administrative Services

Given the sharp drop in funding ratios and the corresponding impact on income statements and balance sheets, DB plan sponsors are increasingly slowing the rate of future accruals, reducing operating costs and considering the outsourcing of administrative services. DB plans generally operate with outdated and expensive service models. In addition to lowering expenses, outsourcing administrative services facilitates the redirection of internal resources, the elimination of errors, improved compliance and an enhanced participant experience.
